There is only one parking space available per property at Knotts Place. Certain properties have a car parking space attached to the lease and all other properties must apply to the Management Company for parking spaces.
There is no parking automatically available to either leaseholders or sub-tenants but the Management Company will arrange for one space to be available for each property. Any parking requirements beyond this initial space must be arranged with the Management Company and if available will be offered. However when no official parking is available residents may not use the visitors parking spaces, as these are for visitors. Excess vehicles must be parked off Knotts Place property.
Parking in a designated space only is allowed and must not impinge on the adjoining space, otherwise further action may be taken.
The parking of commercial vehicles and caravans on Knotts Place property is not permitted.
The responsibility for vehicles, their security and/or safety remains in the hands of the vehicle owner at all times.
Visitors are to leave the flat number of whom they are visiting in their car. This will help in case emergency access is required.
